We are seeking a motivated Social Media Marketing Manager to grow our brand presence, engage our communities, and support recruiting and store marketing efforts across multiple locations. What You'll do as a Social Media Marketing Manager: Manage and grow Mega Saver’s social media platforms Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photos, reels, and promotional posts Develop recruiting-focused social media campaigns to attract top talent Promote store events, grand openings, giveaways, and company initiatives Respond to messages, comments, and online engagement professionally and timely Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas to increase reach and engagement Coordinate with operations and leadership teams on marketing needs Track social media performance and provide reporting/insights Assist with branding consistency across all platforms and materials What We're Looking For: Creative mindset with strong communication skills Experience managing business social media accounts Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Canva Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects Strong attention to detail and organization Positive attitude and team-focused mentality Photography/video editing experience is a plus Why Mega Saver?
