Shift Information SHIFT: FT NIGHTS (3 nights, 12‑hour shift per week) Schedule: 6:45 pm CST - 7:15 am CST Units Our Oncology units are fast‑paced units that include high acuity patients. Patient Population Bone Marrow Transplant recipients Oncology Critically Ill (ICU) Oncology Telemetry Chimeric Antigen Receptor T‑Cells (CAR‑T) recipients Phase One or High Acuity Research trial patients Patient Ratios Day shift: 1:3, Night shift: 1:4, ICU: 1:2 Unit Capacity 24‑bed unit with single patient rooms. Support Services Dedicated pharmacists on unit, palliative care team, multidisciplinary team, manager and supervisor support for growth. Must have 2+ years of ICU experience and have worked in an ICU unit within the last year. 2+ years of Oncology experience highly desired. Bone Marrow Transplant experience highly desired. BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire).
