Potential Areas of Interest

• Fabrication: Operating specialized machinery and tools to create HVAC components.
• Assembly: Building and finishing commercial units on our high-speed production lines.
• Warehouse & Logistics: Managing inventory, shipping/receiving, and material handling.
• Technical Support & Administration: Assisting our partners through warranty, sales, or applications support.

General Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and a willingness to learn new processes.
• Aptitude: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Reliability: A track record of consistent attendance and the ability to follow a set production schedule.
• Communication: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Environment: Most production roles require working in a loud, non-climate controlled shop environment.
• Physicality: Many of our roles require the ability to stand for long periods and lift between 40-50 lbs depending on the department.
• Safety: All employees are required to follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean workstation.
