Business Analyst

BA with Retail/ecommerce, Mobile app exp, both technical and functional, omni channel exp What will you do?
- Convert the business expectations(scope) into User Story document (BRD) covering all the requirements
- Create Feature list based on the requirements document-Elicitation of the feature and the requirements with the stakeholders-Writing User Stories-Creation of Wireframe
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or related field
- Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
- Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources
- Working knowledge of Windows office systems
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to develop the User Interface Screen-Coordination with the stakeholder forgetting sign offs on the user stories, wireframes and Mockups-Brainstorming the requirement with the internal stakeholders-Organizing and leading the knowledge sharing session with the development, testing teams to spread the requirement
- Prepare and maintain traceability matrix
- Develop and maintain customer relationship and satisfaction
- Demonstrate the application with the stakeholder on a weekly basis.
- Capture the bugs/feedbacks during the walk-through with the stakeholder
- Participate in Bug Triage meetings
