Contract | Night Shift | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
• Float to additional facility locations within the health system as needed
• Complete required onboarding assessments and competency testing prior to starting assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license or valid temporary Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Must pass an onsite competency test administered at orientation (one attempt only)
• Must successfully complete Relias onboarding assessments (up to two attempts) prior to onsite testing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or Level II/III Emergency Department
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying patient populations and care environments
