Line Worker

**Job Title: Morning Shift Line Worker (6am-2pm)** **Location: Lockhart, TX** **Starting Pay: $16.75/hour** **Schedule: 40 hours per week with set days off** **Benefits: Begin on the first day after 60 days of employment**### **About the Role**As a **Morning Shift Line Worker** at The Ziegenfelder Company, you’ll play a key role in our production process, ensuring our frozen novelties meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are committed to maintaining excellence in every task.### **Essential Functions*** Place sealed individual units into packaging and ensure proper sealing* Repackage products that are improperly sealed or coded* Dispose of scrap products and raw materials appropriately* Maintain a clean and organized work area* Comply with all federal, state, local, and company environmental, health, and safety policies### **Qualifications*** High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)* Prior experience in food service or production preferred### **Physical Requirements*** Stand for up to 8 hours per shift* Regularly move and lift items up to 50 lbs.* Perform bending, twisting, reaching, and grasping motions* Work safely around manufacturing equipment with good spatial awareness### **Working Conditions*** Exposure to noise levels above 85 decibels (hearing protection provided)### **Compensation & Benefits*** **Starting Pay:** $16.75/hour* **Schedule:** 40 hours per week with set days off* **Benefits:** Begin on the first day after 60 days of employment* **401(k) with company matching*** **Employee discounts*** **Paid holidays**### **Who We Are**The Ziegenfelder Company is part of the **Armstrong Group**, a family-owned organization founded in 1946.
