Marketing Specialist Reports to: Marketing Project Coordinator Location: On-site (Lewisville, TX) Are you a creative self-starter with a passion for marketing and design? We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Dallas! In this role, you'll support a variety of marketing initiatives— from managing digital campaigns and social media to email marketing, graphic design, and Google Ads. You'll collaborate across teams, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help execute campaigns that drive engagement and boost brand visibility. Responsibilities Digital & Web Management Manage and update website content using WordPress, including banners, blog posts, and new pages Ensure all digital content remains current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards Oversee social media channels using tools such as Airtable and Hootsuite Maintain consistent branding while driving audience engagement across platforms Email Campaigns Develop and execute automated email campaigns via MailChimp to engage prospects, customers, and partners Design and implement email signature banners using CodeTwo Maintain, segment, and optimize customer databases for targeted communication Google Ads Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns through Google Ads to drive traffic and generate leads Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets, and refine bidding strategies to maximize ROI Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend data-driven improvements Creative Design A strong working knowledge of Adobe CS and fully competent in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is preferred. Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) for print and digital use Design marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, advertisements, and signage while maintaining brand consistency Develop compelling sales presentations for both new and existing products Collaborate with sales and internal teams to deliver tailored design solutions Generate innovative concepts to enhance marketing materials and strengthen brand presence Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 1-2 years of professional marketing experience or relevant internship experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla); familiarity with HTML is a plus Google Ads certification or hands‑on paid search experience is a plus Experience with Salesforce is advantageous Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Proactive, creative, and detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for marketing and design Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
