Marketing Project Coordinator

Main responsibilities are to keep the marketing organization aligned, connected, and moving. This person will sit at the center of team activity, using Trello and AI tools to track what is happening, anticipate what is needed next, and ensure the right people are working together at the right time.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related role
Advanced proficiency in Trello (or similar tools) as a real-time operating system for work
Experience using AI tools to improve workflow, planning, or communication
Exceptional communicator with a natural ability to build relationships and drive alignment
