Patient Care Nurse Assistant (PCNA)

University Hospitals - 11100 Euclid Avenue - Responsibilities: Perform basic patient care tasks as delegated by the RN and assist in implementing the established plan of care; Provide ADLs, vital signs, I&O, 12-lead ECG, bladder scan, hygiene, and venipuncture (where applicable); Assist with unit communication and stocking/ordering of supplies for patient care; Orient newly hired PCNAs and assist with onboarding/training of new team members; Maintain patient records (written and/or electronic) and ensure PHI is protected per policies
