Operating Room - Surgical Technologist

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <90 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - MaineHealth.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Open vascular experience required. Robotics experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with general, GU/GYN, ortho trauma, ortho joints, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, plastics, dental, and endovascular cases preferred.

Special Requests: Travel pairs are not accepted.

Unit Details: Uses Storz, Stryker, Olympus, Intuitive Robot, and Epic.

Shift & Scheduling: 1:4 weekends, 12 hour shifts. One overnight call, 11p-7a, for trauma call; if on a specialty team, call will be scheduled per specialty team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho).

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
