This facility is seeking a Primary Care Home Health Physician or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability (Part-Time or Full-Time basis)
• Patients per day: 6-10
• Practice Setting: In-home health and wellness evaluations
• Scope: Home Care
• State Licensure: Washington
• Credentialing: 6-8 weeks
