Evening Care Coordinator

To support evening operations, the part-time Evening Care Coordinator will monitor caregiver schedules, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth transitions for evening shifts in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Monitor caregiver arrivals and evening shifts in real time Respond promptly to caregiver communications and handle call-outs by finding replacement coverage Document all activities accurately in the CRM and provide handoffs for the morning operations team Required qualifications Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, or similar fields Proven ability to coordinate schedules or manage time-sensitive situations Strong written communication skills, particularly in professional texts and emails Comfortable learning and using multiple technology platforms Previous remote work experience preferred
