• As a Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR), you will be providing world-class service to our existing policyholders by managing phone calls, assisting with billing, processing new business transactions, and handling cross-selling opportunities. Bonuses are based on referrals, customer reviews, agency growth and retention,

Requirements

• Licensed P&C
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, friendly phone presence and customer-first mindset
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software (CRM experience a plus)
• Ability to learn insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and agency procedures
