What You'll Build We're seeking professionals with experience managing complex mechanical construction projects in one or more of the following markets: Life Sciences Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Process Piping Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities Mission Critical / Data Centers Advanced Manufacturing Responsibilities Lead mechanical and plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning. Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and field operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Lead project teams while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and successful project execution. Mentor Assistant Project Managers and emerging leaders. Play a key role in establishing and growing the Raleigh operation. Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience with a mechanical contractor. Proven experience managing large commercial or industrial mechanical construction projects. Background in one or more of the following: Life Sciences Pharmaceutical Process Piping Healthcare Mission Critical / Data Centers Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, piping systems, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
