Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Join A Cleaner World as a Customer Service Representative and help customers with their dry cleaning and laundry needs. In this customer-facing role, you’ll welcome customers, manage drop-offs and pickups, process transactions, and help resolve questions and concerns. Our philosophy is simple: Be the Hero for the customer. With structured, paid training and a supportive team, you’ll learn how to deliver attentive service and keep daily store operations running smoothly. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and no previous dry cleaning experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with dry cleaning and laundry drop-offs and pickups.
- Inspect garments, check orders for accuracy, and record special care instructions.
- Answer questions about cleaning services and introduce helpful options, including free pickup and delivery.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process customer transactions.
- Listen to customer concerns and work to find solutions.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and ready to serve customers.
- Collaborate with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Friendly, helpful approach and professional communication skills.
- Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail when handling garments and orders.
- Willingness to learn, follow directions, accept feedback, and support teammates.
- Comfort using a computer, processing customer transactions, and working on your feet throughout your shift.
- Previous customer service, retail, or dry cleaning experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
