Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

The Elms Center is looking for a Weekend Supervisor to join our dynamic team! Status: Non-exempt, Part-time Compensation: $50 - $57, based on experience + applicable mod comp opportunities Sign-On Bonus : $5,000 Key Responsibilities: Oversee nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional care. Monitor and assess patient conditions and implement care plans as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare teams to address concerns or issues. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Provide guidance to nursing staff and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations. Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team. What We're Looking For: Valid RN license in New Hampshire. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus.
