Program Security Manager with Security Clearance

Overview IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is a recognized leader in Facilities Management and Operations supporting Defense, Intelligence, and National Security missions. The Program Security Manager will manage and implement the overarching security program and oversee security requirements across the intelligence program. Responsibilities Manage security of classified projects in accordance with Intelligence Community Directives, Security Executive Agent Directives, and the National Industrial Security Program. Create, execute, and monitor security policies and procedures to safeguard national security information, processes, and products. Develop and implement personnel security processing, access control, visitor access certifications, and badging procedures. Maintain personnel security clearance records in USG databases such as Scattered Castles, DISS, and NBR. Process employee security clearance and access requests with clients and assist personnel in submitting SF86 paperwork. Act as principal point of contact for U.S. government Security Representatives on all security issues. Advise project management on Federal security regulations and procedures. Manage the Security Education, Training, and Awareness Program, including insider threat and cyber security briefings. Work with Contracts and Operations to ensure compliance with contract and subcontract security requirements; issue classification guidance to subcontractors. Serve as the Facility’s Insider Threat Program Senior Official and conduct monthly reviews with Insider Threat Committee; certify program with DoD and IC clients. Prepare and implement OPSEC briefings and awareness programs. Maintain security documentation and files per client requirements; manage document control, courier authorizations, and packaging of sensitive material. Conduct security incident investigations and recommend corrective actions in coordination with the client point of contact. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or equivalent in Information Technology / Management disciplines. 12 years of work‑related experience or 16 years if non‑degreed. DFAS or DCSA certification such as Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) and Certified System Engineer ICAMS PACS (CSEIP). Knowledge & Skills Experience with Industrial Security inspections and compliance. Working knowledge of technical and information security programs. Security Clearance Top Secret SCI with Full Scope Poly, required for the position.
