As an LPN/RN on our team, you will perform a variety of nursing tasks for our residents - you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of our residents.

In This Role You Will:

* Play a vital role in providing basic nursing care

* Responsible for focusing on supporting resident's health, comfort, and daily care needs

* Direct Patient Care

* Medication Administration

* Monitoring and Reporting

Shift:

* 3 (12-Hour Shifts ) 6a-6p & every other weekend

* 3 (12-Hour Shifts) Friday 6p-6a & every other weekend

Who You Are:

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

* Active LPN License or RN License

* Experience in Long-Term Care

* Compassionate

* Dependable

* Strong Communication Skills

* Attention to Detail

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Dedicated to serving the older population
