Project Manager - Commercial Drywall & Metal Framing

Project Manager – Commercial Framing / Drywall / ACT A large, established commercial specialty contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support its growing Phoenix operation. This role will manage large-scale metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling (ACT) projects from turnover through completion. Typical project values range from approximately $7M–$10M, with larger packages reaching $15M–$30M+. Responsibilities Manage commercial framing, drywall, and ACT projects Oversee budgets, job costs, forecasting, and profitability Manage schedules, change orders, billing, and project documentation Coordinate with General Contractors, Superintendents, field teams, and vendors Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes Maintain strong client and GC relationships Support project planning, procurement, and closeout Ideal Background Experience with commercial drywall, metal framing, and/or acoustical ceilings Background with a specialty subcontractor strongly preferred Experience managing large commercial construction packages Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and change orders Experience with healthcare, data centers, advanced manufacturing, institutional, or other complex commercial projects is a plus Location: Phoenix, AZ Compensation: $115K–$145K, with flexibility up to approximately $150K depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr International Erosion Control Association
