Location: Newport Beach, California – This is a full‑time, on‑site position in a collaborative office supporting attorneys across multiple California offices. Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm. Experience managing litigation matters from inception through trial preparation is strongly preferred. Job Description Support attorneys through all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution. Assist attorneys in both the Sacramento and Bay Area offices while working from the Sacramento office. Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, and legal correspondence. Manage document production, discovery responses, and case files. Conduct legal and factual research. Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, expert witnesses, and trial logistics. Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness files, and other trial materials. File documents electronically in state and federal courts. Maintain litigation calendars and monitor case deadlines. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors. Qualifications 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm. Strong understanding of California civil litigation procedures. Experience with discovery, trial preparation, and document management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
