Position Overview

SM Lawn Care is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader to lead a landscaping crew and oversee daily field operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in their work and can keep a crew productive while maintaining high standards.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, not just a seasonal job.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on residential and commercial properties
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Train and guide crew members
• Organize daily job tasks and maintain productivity
• Maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Represent SM Lawn Care professionally when interacting with customers

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscaping or lawn care experience preferred
• Previous crew leader or foreman experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic

Pay & Benefits

• $22–$30 per hour based on experience
