GRAPHIC DESIGNER (PART-TIME)

Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented part-time Graphic Designer to support a wide range of visual design needs across marketing, communications, fundraising, and program initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values brand consistency, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through thoughtful, engaging design. Key Duties Marketing & Campaign Support Design assets for marketing initiatives, including retention, referral, recruiting, fundraising, and new audience campaigns Develop creative concepts that align with brand strategy and organizational goals Create digital advertisements, social media graphics, web graphics, and promotional materials Communications Design Create visual materials to support communications with parents, families, alumni, donors, and guests Design email headers, informational handouts, digital graphics, presentations, and print collateral Translate information into clear, visually engaging, and on-brand designs Events, Camps & Program Support Design graphics for camps, retreats, events, recruiting initiatives, and development campaigns Produce signage, promotional materials, event materials, and seasonal creative assets Support the visual needs of various departments through creative design solutions Brand & Creative Support Help maintain visual consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials Ensure designs align with established brand standards and messaging Collaborate with team members to bring campaigns and projects to life Assist in organizing and maintaining creative assets and design files Qualifications Design Skills Strong eye for brand consistency across multiple platforms Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy Creative thinking and concept development skills Ability to incorporate feedback and iterate efficiently High attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva Knowledge of digital and print design, including file preparation and production standards Familiarity with designing for web, email, social media, signage, and print collateral Basic understanding of UI/UX principles Professional Skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills Positive attitude and strong team alignment Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to take initiative Spiritual Growth and Alignment Evidence of a growing relationship with Christ Awareness and desire to deploy his/her spiritual gift(s) in this ministry Agreement with T Bar M’s Doctrinal Statement A strong sense of calling to T Bar M Whole‑hearted support of T Bar M’s Vision, Core Values, and Mission Preferred Experience Experience in marketing, communications, nonprofit, ministry, or education environments Experience designing for both digital and print platforms Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and creative problem‑solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Center For Christian Growth
