Scratch & Co. – Now Hiring Servers Springfield, MO Scratch & Co. is building a high-energy, hospitality-driven team from the ground up in the Plaza Towers District. This is an opportunity to be part of one of Springfield’s most exciting new restaurant and rooftop concepts.

• Availability for nights, weekends, and peak shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
• Maintain full knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail menus.
• Execute proper steps of service from greeting to payment.
• Accurately enter orders into POS and handle payments.
• Maintain clean and organized sections, side work, and stations.
• Work collaboratively with bar, kitchen, and management teams.
• Uphold Scratch & Co. standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry trays (up to 30 lbs).
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (training provided).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
