Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of daily operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, team development, sales growth, and facility management. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching others, and takes ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily business operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience every day.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team built on accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, food and beverage operations, and overall facility appearance.
• Drive revenue growth through memberships, leagues, lessons, corporate events, private parties, food and beverage sales, and retail opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, profitability, labor efficiency, and operating expenses.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, service, and operational execution.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable experiences that build long-term customer loyalty.
• Build relationships within the local community through partnerships with businesses, schools, golf organizations, charities, and community groups.
• Analyze business performance and implement strategies to continuously improve operations and profitability.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a confident, energetic leader who thinks like an owner and enjoys building successful teams. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, entertainment venues, retail, golf facilities, hotels, fitness centers, or other customer-focused businesses is highly valued.

Qualified candidates should possess:

• 3-5+ years of management or leadership experience
• Experience managing financial performance, labor, and operating budgets
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A proven ability to motivate and develop employees
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional customer experiences
• Comfort with technology and business management software

Golf knowledge is a plus—but leadership, business acumen, and a commitment to excellence are what matter most.
