Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Dover Foxcroft, Maine. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse in a critical access hospital setting. This position involves serving as a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) during most shifts, providing direct patient care, and supporting unit operations. The role demands prior travel experience and a background in running charge, with the opportunity for overtime based on staffing needs. Job Details Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, at least 1 year of relevant nursing experience, with previous travel experience and background in running charge. Additional Information: Must have experience working in a critical access hospital environment. Candidate should be flexible with floating and support on the unit along with maintaining professional attire (scrub color: any). Orientation period includes 1-2 shifts. Parking is free. The assignment begins on 09/21/2026 and concludes on 12/19/2026. Support on the Unit: Discussed during interview. Technology/Equipment: EMR: Cerner. Pyxis system. Floats: Float rotation may be required.
