Logistics Coordinator (Temporary)
Location: Sugarcreek, OH
Pay: $22.00-$23.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Duration: 10-12 Week Temporary Assignment

A busy manufacturing facility in Sugarcreek is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their team for a 10-12 week temporary assignment. This position is ideal for someone with shipping, receiving, and logistics experience who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage logistics activities for a designated customer account.
Coordinate deliveries and shipment schedules.
Retrieve, review, and confirm purchase orders.
Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Issue pick tickets for warehouse operations.
Maintain and update spreadsheets and shipping records.
Enter sales orders into the company system.
Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documentation.
Prepare and send Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
Assist with shipping and receiving functions as needed.
Physically pack customer orders when required.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or customer service within a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing to assist with hands-on warehouse duties, including packing orders when needed.
