Junior Technical Training Specialist

Supporting the development and delivery of technical training programs, the full-time Junior Technical Training Specialist will prepare training courses, assist with peer reviews, and maintain regulatory knowledge for medical device segment employees in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Support the preparation and maintenance of core training courses related to medical devices and relevant regulations Assist in conducting peer reviews and marking assessments for trainee exercises to ensure understanding of conformity assessment processes Proactively maintain knowledge of medical device regulations to ensure compliance in training materials and delivery methods Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related fields Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in IVD/MD Proven experience in training technical skills, both online and face-to-face Fluency in English Ability to work with minimum supervision and manage projects effectively
