Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure live video conferencing for an adult population facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. \n
- Engage in collaborative treatment planning with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care. \n
- Utilize symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. \n
- Document client interactions and treatment modalities promptly through our intuitive therapist portal, designed for efficiency and ease of use. \n
- Receive mentorship and support from our Therapy Leadership Team when necessary, facilitating continuous improvement and enhanced service delivery. \n
- Provide individual and couple counseling sessions employing evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy. \n
- Commit to a measurement-based care approach, ensuring every session is backed by data to optimize client outcomes. \n
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and security regulations to safeguard clients' sensitive health information. \n
You will work primarily with adults aged 13 and up, addressing an array of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and more. Our clinic is dedicated to providing personalized care, ensuring that each client's unique needs are understood and met with empathy and expertise.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required. \n
- An active State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory. \n
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary therapeutic team. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills appropriate for building rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds. \n

- Experience in an outpatient clinical setting highly preferred. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth best practices and platforms is advantageous. \n
- Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n
