Property Manager — 51-Unit Affordable Housing Community

AWI Management Corp. in Blythe, CA, seeks a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a 51-unit community. You will handle day-to-day operations, resident relationships, and maintain property standards to AWI's quality expectations.
Experience with RD, HUD, or LIHTC programs is strongly preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a collaborative team setting. This is a full-time role in Blythe, with a focus on resident satisfaction and compliance.
