Systematic Attic is a new attic insulation and home performance company in Phoenix. We're funded, we're building the crew now, and there's a lot of work ahead. We're looking for an experienced attic installer who wants to be part of building the company, not just showing up for a paycheck.

The work
This is a hands-on role. You're in the attic every day running the job yourself: insulation removal, prep, air sealing, blown-in install, baffles, duct cleaning, cleanup. We photograph and measure before and after and show the homeowner what changed, so you'll talk with customers on every job. You'll keep the blower and vacuum running and the trailer loaded. We'll train you on blower door testing and diagnostics.

Where it goes
You'll run the truck from day one: the job, the equipment, the homeowner. As we add installers you'll train them and lead the crew. From there the path is running all the crews and every job we do. We promote from within, and the people here first get first shot.

Pay and benefits:

• $28-35/hr depending on experience, paid every other Friday
• Monthly bonuses for safety and cleanup, customer feedback, and reliability
• Overtime available, and there will be plenty of it during peak season
• 40-45 hours base, some weekends
• Equipment, PPE, and training provided
• Health benefits planned for 2027

Requirements

• At least one year of hands-on attic insulation experience: blown-in, batts, or removal. This is required
• Air sealing or duct sealing experience is a plus
• Able to work in Phoenix attics daily and lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Pass a drug screen and background check
• Comfortable and professional with homeowners
• Motivated to take on more than installs as the company grows

If you don't have a full year of hands-on attic insulation experience but you've done other work in attics (HVAC, roofing, pest exclusion, electrical), you're welcome to apply. Tell us what that experience is and why it carries over. Applications without that won't be considered.
