Intake Specialist

Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, web leads, referrals, and chats with professionalism and compassion Conduct structured intake interviews and document all case details accurately Enter and manage leads in lead management system (Lead Docket); maintain timely follow-up Send and assist clients with required documents (retainers, authorizations, questionnaires) Open new cases and coordinate initial information with case managers Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and firm standards Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless onboarding Qualifications Experience in personal injury, legal intake, customer service, or medical office preferred Excellent communication and active listening skills High attention to detail and strong data-entry accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Lead Docket, Filevine, or similar systems is a plus Empathy, patience, and professionalism with injured or distressed individuals Educational/Experience Requirements An Associates or Bachelors college degree is preferred.
