Customer Service Rep

Randstad is looking for Customer Service Rep position in San Antonio, TX who is Responsible for handling high-volume inbound customer service inquiries and complaints regarding consumer lending and credit card profiles. The role requires simultaneous multi-system navigation and seamless, unscripted translation between English and Spanish to resolve account issues.    Shift Days/Hours: 

24 hour call center; schedules given before acceptance

Requires working either Saturday or Sunday with one weekday off

Must be available for any of the following shifts:

Schedules range from 5am start time to 2:30pm start time.

Responsibilities

• bilingual Call Center Agent: Need to be able to READ + SPEAK spanish + english
• Handle a high volume of back-to-back inbound calls (75–100 calls per day) with an Average Handle Time (AHT) of 3–5 minutes.
• Review credit card profiles, process payments, assist with balance understanding, and address inquiries regarding lost/stolen cards, billing disputes, fraud, transaction reviews, and digital banking options.
• Independently research and analyze customer accounts to resolve issues; identify and route highly escalated cases to the appropriate department.
• Navigate software systems and tools
• Utilize multiple windows, toolbars, and desktop applications simultaneously while actively maintaining a conversational flow with customers.
