Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis. * 3-5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably with a construction equipment background. * Must have the tools you need to do the job; your hands will only get your so far. * Experience with performing diagnostics and repairs, not just preventative maintenance.
