Responsibilities: Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring business objectives are met Lead, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and morale Monitor and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workforce management Handle customer escalations and ensure a positive customer experience Track KPIs and operational metrics, reporting findings to senior management Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members Requirements: Prior experience in a supervisory or management role preferred Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to resolve conflicts and make sound decisions under pressure Proficiency with basic business software and reporting tools High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented mindset About Us: Love Management Inc is a proud Fort Worth-based company dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our customers and a rewarding workplace for our employees.
