M aintenance Electrician Mechanic
Location: Lanett, AL
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician Mechanic to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment while ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot PLCs and production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Complete equipment changeovers and machine setups
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues
- Maintain safe work practices and housekeeping standards
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Maintenance Electrician experience
- Knowledge of AC/DC motors and electrical control circuits
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer skills
- Technical school or equivalent work experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience required
