Matt Bowers Ford is in full growth mode and actively hiring A, B, C Level Technicians and MASTER TECHS to step into a high-volume, high-efficiency shop where the work is there, the support is real, and the pay is at the TOP of the New Orleans market.

COMPENSATION 20%+ ABOVE MARKET

$32 $65+ PER HOUR (FLAG) + UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL

Entry-level experienced techs start well above Metairie/New Orleans averages
Master Techs earn top-tier, industry-leading pay
High car count = serious weekly income
No cap. No shortage of work. No downtime.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles quickly and correctly the first time
Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, powertrain, ADAS basics)
Execute inspections and full system evaluations
Handle maintenance: brakes, fluids, alignments, tune-ups
Own your jobs from write-up to final road test
Maintain high productivity with low comeback rates
Document all work accurately and professionally

WHAT WE EXPECT

Minimum 4+ years dealership or high-level independent experience REQUIRED
Ford experience preferred - but producers from any brand are welcome
ASE certifications a plus (we help you get more)
Strong diagnostic ability with modern scan tools
Must have your own tools
Flat-rate mindset - you are here to produce and earn
Reliable, accountable, and team-driven
