Delivery Driver

Position Overview Sleep Number® is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport Sleep Number beds to customers and military bases. You will operate climate‑controlled trucks, work as part of a team, and deliver a premium brand experience. Responsibilities Lead the customer experience, ensuring a great first night of proven, quality sleep Communicate product features and benefits to customers Become a trusted “Sleep Expert” and build connections with a diverse array of customers Work in a team environment delivering with a partner Represent the Sleep Number brand and deliver proven quality sleep Qualifications Minimum age 21 years old Valid driver’s license (State issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification) Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with the help of a partner Prior customer‑facing experience Identification that allows access to military bases Compensation and Benefits Base pay starting at $21.75 per hour Opportunity to earn up to an extra $400 per month via Monthly Incentive Program Gift of Sleep: receive a FREE Sleep Number bed Climate‑controlled trucks Paid on‑the‑job training Comprehensive benefits: medical, pharmacy, dental, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off and other resources that support lifelong wellbeing EEO Statement Sleep Number is an equal opportunity employer.
