Pay:

• $17 - $22 depending on experience.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s License and reliable transportation

• Must be 18+ years of age

• Negative TB test results (within 12 months)

• Pass Minnesota DHS Background Check

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Fluent in English language

• Well-Organized and reliable

• Positive and Compassionate attitude 

• Physical Stamina

Responsibilites:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, etc.

• Support   Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, etc.

• Provide companionship care and emotional support

• Assist with mobility and transfers if needed

• Monitor client health and Report changes in client condition

• Follow established care plans and communicate effectively regarding client needs
