Construction Superintendent Carrollton, VA $70,000 - $110,000 + Benefits Build Projects That Matter Are you a Construction Superintendent who enjoys running jobsites, leading subcontractors, and seeing projects come to life? We are partnering with a stable and growing real estate development and construction company seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial and multifamily projects throughout the Hampton Roads area. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day operations for commercial and multifamily construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, material deliveries, and project schedules Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with plans and specifications Maintain jobsite safety and OSHA compliance Lead subcontractor meetings and track project progress Coordinate testing, utilities, inspections, and project closeout activities Serve as the primary onsite contact for subcontractors, inspectors, and project leadership What We're Looking For 7+ years of construction experience with Superintendent responsibilities Experience with commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or site development projects Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills Knowledge of OSHA standards, inspections, and construction best practices Experience reviewing plans, budgets, and project schedules Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to work onsite and independently manage project activities What You'll Get $70,000 - $110,000 base salary 401(k) with company match Health insurance Generous PTO package Long-term career growth opportunities Stable project pipeline with a respected ownership group MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
