Samaritan Health Services a non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our team in Lebanon Oregon . Samaritan Family Medicine-Medical Plaza is an established certified Rural Health Clinic with experienced clinicians who are passionate about building healthier communities within a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model of care.

Job Specifics

• Outpatient Family Medicine - mixture of preventative and acute visits
• 1.0 FTE (34 hours per week) working 4-5 days a week no weekends
• Call schedule: phone call only with 1-2 days a month plus one weekend every 2-3 months
• Templated schedule of 40/20 or 30/15 minute visits

Job Requirements

• Excellent clinical skills communication skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Board certified/Board eligible in Family Medicine
• Able to obtain Oregon license
• Experience required.
