Pay: $24-30/hr
Hours: Nights 3:30pm-2am Mon-Thurs OR Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Tulsa, OK

Job Summary:
A growing manufacturing operation in Tulsa is seeking skilled Welders who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving. This role is ideal for individuals experienced in MIG welding who enjoy working in a clean, climate-controlled environment. You will be part of a team that values quality work, consistency, and attention to detail.

Available Shifts:
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
3rd Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and weld components for sheet metal products using MIG welding as the primary process and TIG welding as needed
• Secure parts and assemblies using fixtures, jigs, and holding tables
• Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and other specialty metals
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise specifications are met
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot weld issues and maintain high-quality standards throughout production

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with MIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel is required
• TIG welding experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum is preferred
• Fitter/Welder experience is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and accurately use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
