Handyman & HVAC Technician

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Handyman with an active Florida HVAC license to join our team in Kissimmee. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and functionality of our vacation rental properties through thorough inspections, timely repairs, and effective communication with our management team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring our properties meet the highest standards for our guests. This position requires someone who takes pride in their work, can identify and resolve issues efficiently, and is committed to maintaining exceptional property conditions. Responsibilities: HVAC service and maintenance. Conduct property inspections after guest checkouts and cleaning. Perform general repairs and routine maintenance as needed. Deliver items such as linens, towels, and other essentials to homes. Document and report all issues in our system with detailed descriptions. Provide repair estimates when necessary. Communicate effectively with management and cleaning teams. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently to maintain high property standards. Qualifications: Must have previous experience as a handyman. Must have air conditioning (HVAC) license in Florida Must speak English. Must live close to Davenport/Kissimmee. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Benefits: We are pleased to offer the following benefits as part of your compensation package: Paid Time Off (PTO): You will receive two (2) weeks of paid time off per calendar year. PTO may be used for vacation, personal time, or illness, subject to company policy and scheduling approval.
