Job Title: Plant Technician / Manufacturing Technician
Location: Ridgefield, CT
Pay Rate: $22.15/hr
Duration: 1 Year

Job Description

• Support Lead Technicians during pilot plant manufacturing campaigns.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform batch record entries and calculations.
• Work with plant technicians and campaign managers to address equipment and process-related issues.
• Assist with batch status updates and manufacturing activities.
• Complete required GMP training and participate in production/PSOR meetings.
• Follow established GMP procedures, PPE requirements, and safety protocols.
• Report safety incidents, spills, exposures, and other workplace events according to procedures.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Skills

• GMP/cGMP manufacturing experience
• Bulk manufacturing experience
• Manufacturing systems, methods, and procedures
• Equipment operation
• Equipment and process troubleshooting
• Batch record documentation and calculations
• Pilot plant manufacturing operations
• GMP/PPE and manufacturing safety procedures

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting BI Lead Technicians
• Experience with manufacturing campaign operations
• Experience participating in PSOR meetings
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
