An in demand outpatient clinic is currently hiring a full time Physical Therapist. Come be a part of a team of PT, OT, and SLP's that believe in working together for the improvement of each patient's life. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluates and treats physical therapy patients under physician’s orders. Understands and complies with universal precautions, safety and risk policies and procedures. Prepares necessary documentation including evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes and logs in timely manner according to regulations. Consults with other members of rehabilitation team to select treatment programs consistent with needs and capabilities of individual and to coordinate comprehensive services delivery. Maintains positive relationships with health care team, patients and family.
