This is not a sales or solicitation position. All donor calls are strictly inbound. You will not make outbound calls, cold-call, solicit donations, search for donors, or sell products or services. Donors call voluntarily after responding to established nonprofit campaigns. Your role is to answer calls professionally and accurately process pledges or contributions. What You’ll Do Follow campaign scripts and procedures Enter pledge and donation information accurately Confirm donor and transaction details Navigate computer systems while speaking with callers Maintain professionalism and confidentiality Follow quality and compliance standards Meet attendance and performance expectations Requirements Basic Qualifications Applicants must have: High school diploma or GED At least 6 months of remote customer-service experience or 1 year of onsite customer-service experience Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills Accurate data-entry and basic computer skills Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking Professional and dependable work habits Quiet, dedicated home workspace Technical Requirements Before servicing, contractors must have: Windows 11 computer Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended Wired high-speed internet with direct Ethernet connection Quiet, distraction-free workspace Dual monitors are recommended.
