We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a General Manager at our restaurant. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, and overall business growth. Your duties will include hiring and training employees, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, monitoring food quality and consistency, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in restaurant management are essential for success in this role.
