As a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver, you'll enjoy the benefits of consistent customers with the added variety of working with multiple dedicated accounts. This role allows you to drive for different customers while ensuring steady, reliable work each week. You'll also receive a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,300 per week, with opportunities to earn more based on your routes and performance. Why Choose This Dedicated Driver Position? Competitive Pay: Guaranteed minimum: $1,300 per week if you're available to work the full week Average $75,000 - $85,000 per year Starting pay: $32.50 per hour for local assignments; $0.62 cpm for over-the-road assignments Guaranteed 40 hours per week Additional Earnings: Stop pay: $20 per stop (number of stops varies based on assignment) Pay for stops and loading/unloading (not all accounts) Detention, breakdown, and layover pay when applicable Company sponsored per diem program Work Schedule: Steady weekly schedule with a variety of routes depending on the account you're working on Miles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working on Shifts and hours vary depending on assignment. Some assignments may be hourly, home-daily work, while others may be OTR positions that pay by miles and stops Driver will be assigned to various dedicated accounts in Texas and Oklahoma Driver may also be assigned to yard switcher assignments There may be times when driver is assigned to the local service center Majority of assignments allow you to be home for most of the weekend Job Requirements: Class A CDL required Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, along with a valid passport, are required. Candidates can apply for a passport within 30 days of hire but must obtain it within 120 days.
