About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of AI and Digital Marketing for its global technology peripherals segment. This pivotal role is at the forefront of the company's strategic shift towards higher-growth technology peripherals, with a focus on three distinct brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a unified global digital marketing strategy that caters to the diverse buying cycles of B2B and consumer markets. This includes leading a small team and owning the digital channel mix, from SEO to paid media, and establishing a robust measurement and attribution framework. A key aspect of the role is the integration of AI into marketing and customer experience, with a clear mandate to move from proofs of concept to full-scale production and eventually expand AI initiatives across the enterprise. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in both B2B and consumer sectors. The role requires deep expertise in the full digital marketing channel mix and a modern MarTech stack, as well as hands-on experience in applying AI and automation to marketing. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong commercial and analytical mindset, capable of leading a small team and managing stakeholders at all levels. Leadership skills, including the ability to influence and drive change, are essential. The role demands a high level of integrity, self-direction, and a commitment to staying current in the fast-evolving AI landscape.
