This position serves the Bridge Program and is ideal for professionals passionate about making a meaningful difference in children’s lives. You’ll play a vital role as a School Counselor, School Social Worker, or School-Based Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), offering emotional and social support to students who need it most.

This is a part-time role with the exciting potential to expand to full-time, with the assignment running through June 2027. Your work will directly impact students’ growth, resilience, and academic experiences as you collaborate with educators and families.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification is required
• Fully credentialed as a School Counselor, School Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to student challenges
• Experience in a school, youth services, or counseling setting preferred
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Timely and organized with exceptional communication abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver social-emotional support and interventions for individual students and small groups
• Conduct assessments and implement strategies in collaboration with educational staff
• Serve as an advocate and liaison among students, families, and educators
• Develop, monitor, and document service plans to support student growth
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, solution-focused environment

Work Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
