Key Responsibilities\n

• Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to create tailored treatment plans that address client needs. Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop effective pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate documentation to meet regulatory and compliance standards while maintaining clinical records for each client.

• Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to establish and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing client outcomes through cohesive approaches.

• Community Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate access to necessary resources and support.

• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of care.

• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning opportunities by attending conferences, workshops, and meetings relevant to mental health counseling.

• General Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall functional success of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Grow Healthcare Services, you will focus on a diverse client population that includes individuals experiencing emotional distress, those requiring substance use recovery support, and individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injury challenges. Your role will be central in promoting wellness, recovery, and independence, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet clients' unique emotional and psychological needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Hold a current independent LMHC license issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
